We can literally see slow dense energy with our physical eyes (our bodies, anything we perceive to be physical) while the higher frequency energies such as air are accessible via our extrasensory perception. The energetic blueprint of human beings is comprised of a slow dense vibration which causes us to leave an energetic imprint wherever we go. Our imprint contains the predominant feelings or emotions that we experience at any given moment. Thus it is the accumulation of these highly charged emotions in our energetic imprint that is either detrimental or beneficial to the places we occupy.

All dwellings and land on earth are a repository for our energetic debris, affecting anyone who occupies any domicile. Have you ever entered a room or building and felt uncomfortable and did not know why? The feelings and emotions that we experience when we enter a room are actually the energies left by previous inhabitants. When we leave we add to the energetic mix. I love the use of sea salt sprinkled over the window sills, doorways and in the corners of each room. Use your intention to remove the unwanted energy as you are sprinkling small amounts of salt around your home.
